Who satisfies your mouth (your necessity and desire at your personal age and situation) with good so that your youth, renewed, is like the eagle's (strong, overcoming, and soaring!). Psalm 103:5 (AMP)
Psalm 103 is filled with Gods mercy, grace, lovingkindness, and compassion. To forget not all of His benefits. Therefore, the the things God adorns us with are to be extended to others .
The older we get the more we long for the youthful years, back when we were so energetic. Our muscles grew stronger and our bones never ached. When we stand up sometimes we hear the sound of a snap, crackle, or pop. Looking in the mirror we notice the grey hair coming in and covering our natural hair color. We also see the new wrinkles and age spots then we long to look young again. Not only that we want to feel young again. God can make this possible.
We have been taught to speak things into existence. I have often told people you are as young as you think you are. Our minds tell us we are young and our bodies are like what are you thinking. I believe when we think we are young we act like it. To me age is just a number and I have seen too many people in their eighties and nineties do things a thirty year old won't even attempt such as marathons and triathlons. God renews our youthful vitality which causes us to be mighty and strong, active and energized like the eagle. We are made to soar. The eagle is known to depend on the wind created by God. We are made to depend on God so we will soar too. Through God working in us we will be strengthened having the ability to overcome. It is the power of God that enables us to live a youthful life. God empowers us to face everything and will renew us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Then we will have learned to soar like the eagle's do.
Amen! I love when I feel renewed!!
