Our Comforter

To those of you who need comfort. Many of us are broken hearted and to some it feels like our heart has been shattered into a million pieces. The Lord is close to the broken hearted and His heart overflows with compassion. The Lord says, "I will comfort you as a mother comforts a child".

The Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so we can comfort others. Because of God's unfailing love He showers us with comfort. He is waiting with open arms, so climb up onto His lap and let Him hold you in His ever loving arms. Don't be quick to leave because He will also cradle you in His arms and rock you as long as you need because He is such a good Father.

We also have the Holy Spirit that lives in us. He is our comforter too. He is our helper who encourages us, strengthens us to endure any and all situations, and gives us the peace we need. So you see we are not alone! We have God our Father, the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit working in, around, and through us. They are working all things together for our good. I pray you feel the love and power from the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit today and always.
