God Shows No Favoritism

For God does not show favoritism. Romans 2:11

When Jesus left Judea to return to Galilee He had to go through Samaria. When He got to Samaria He stopped at Jacob's well and sat down tired from the long walk.(John 4: 4-6) Soon a Samaritan woman came to draw water, and Jesus said to the woman, "Please give me a drink." woman was surprised, for Jews refuse to have anything to do with Samaritans. She said to Jesus, "You are a Jew, and I am a Samaritan woman. Why are you asking me for a drink?" vs.7,9

Jesus is not an ordinary Jew. He wanted to have a conversation with the Samaritan woman. Showing His love for her while later offering her living water. She was surprised because she didn't know Him and He was a Jew. It didn't matter that she didn't know Him at first because God knew her.

Jesus loves everyone! We all belong to God and He pays no more attention to the rich than to the poor. God made all of us and we are all a wonderful mixture of people. Race is not a factor. Color is not a factor. Our religion is not a factor. We are all God's children. He made each and everyone of us to be a unique individual and there are no two of us the same. One thing is for sure. He loves us all the same and shows no favoritism.

I hope you know that you are loved! Blessings on your beautiful day my friends.
